WOD

With partner for time:

  • 80 wall balls (20/14)
  • 80 T2B / knee raises
  • 80 push-ups
  • 80 box jumps (24/20)
  • 200 DU’s

One partner works at a time while the other runs a 200m, switching every time partner comes back.
